Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a seasoned PMO professional to lead end-to-end portfolio governance and delivery oversight. You will prioritize initiatives, manage CAPEX budgets, optimize resources, and drive KPI reporting to ensure business outcomes align with strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and finance teams to maximize value realization, manage risks, and maintain governance standards across programs in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end PM/PMO experience with a technical background.
• PMI certifications and Telco experience are a plus.
• Experience configuring and building PMO and project mgmt tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker Studio) and using AI tools.
• Experience with project management development and tracking tools.
• Experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Governance & Assurance: establish governance frameworks and ensure quality execution.
• Demand Management: oversee end-to-end demand portfolio and prioritization.
• Budget Management: manage CAPEX portfolio, budgeting and forecasting.
• Resource & Capacity Optimization: optimize resource capacity and resolve bottlenecks.
• Progress & Performance Reporting: create executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Risk and Issue Management: identify, mitigate, and resolve portfolio risks.
