Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a PMO Analyst to coordinate across departments, consolidate division reports, and drive quality standards and process improvements.

You will support training plans, monitor delivery, track activities, assist the department head with budget vs actuals, recruitment workflow, and performance appraisal processes, while collaborating with heads to improve outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Proven experience in report generation.
• Experience in foreign asset inventory management.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong prioritization skills to effectively balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains effective coordination with other departments and divisions.
• Maintains division training plans and monitors actual training execution.
• Consolidates and generates various division-level reports.
• Enforces quality standards, process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and audit finding closure.
• Tracks department activities and deliverables.
• Assists the department head in personnel management, including seating arrangements, budget versus actuals tracking, recruitment workflow, training completion monitoring, and performance appraisal processes.
• Collaborates with heads to continuously improve division delivery outcomes and team engagement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
