Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a PMO Resource to support governance, reporting, and standards enforcement across project portfolios in Manila. You'll help ensure projects align with PMO methodologies and organizational policies while enabling consistent delivery.

Key responsibilities include enforcing standards, supporting lifecycle governance, maintaining schedules and RAID logs, and producing weekly/monthly reports. Strong collaboration and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking.
• Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports.
• Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control.
• Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow-ups.
