Job summary

Genfinity in Manila is seeking a PMO Resource to support governance, reporting, and standards enforcement across the project portfolio. You will help ensure projects align with PMO methodologies and organizational policies while enabling consistent delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and RAID logs, supporting milestone tracking, and producing weekly and monthly reports, with strong emphasis on documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies
• Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking
• Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation
• Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports
• Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control
• Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups
• Validate reporting accuracy across projects
