Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a PMO Resource to support governance, reporting, and standard enforcement across the project portfolio. You will ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and organizational policies to enable transparent delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating schedules, RAID logs, and meetings while producing weekly and monthly reports and maintaining documentation repositories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, PMO, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking.
• Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports.
• Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control.
• Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Track schedule, scope, cost, and risk indicators.
• Support portfolio-level dashboards and KPIs.
• Validate reporting accuracy across projects.
