Western Union Philippines is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to support governance, reporting and delivery across programs. You will prepare agendas, packs and minutes for senior governance forums and coordinate approvals and governance documentation.
The role requires 5+ years in PMO/Project Management, strong MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence skills, and experience with budgeting and reporting.
Formación
- 5+ years’ experience in PMO/Project Management.
- Advanced MS Excel for financial/resource reporting.
- Experience tracking multi-million budgets.
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Regulatory/compliance program exposure preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Support PMO, governance, reporting and delivery activities.
- Prepare agendas, packs, and minutes for senior governance forums.
- Coordinate project approvals and governance docs.
- Track RAID (risks, actions, issues, dependencies).
- Monitor project budgets and milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support initiatives.
- Maintain division-level project and management reports.
- Support portfolio management and project controls.
