Job summary

Western Union in Manila is seeking a PMO/Project Analyst to support governance, reporting and delivery activities across programs. You will prepare agendas, packs, minutes for senior governance forums and track RAID, budgets and milestones with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO or project management, advanced MS Excel, and experience with MS Project, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is preferred in a banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, project analyst, or PM capacity.
• Strong understanding of project and program delivery lifecycles.
• Advanced MS Excel for financial and resource reporting.
• Strong numerical capability with budgets and reporting.
• Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence; AML/CTF/regulatory programs preferred.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience within a PMO, Project Analyst or Project Management capacity.
• Strong understanding of project and program delivery lifecycles.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial and resource reporting.
• Strong numerical capability with experience tracking and reporting complex budgets.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Project, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Candidates with demonstrated experience delivering regulatory and compliance change initiatives, including AML/CTF, regulatory remediation, and governance programs within a banking or financial services environment, will be prioritized for immediate selection.
