Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced PMO to support planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure milestones are met. You will maintain governance artifacts, prepare reports, and work with stakeholders to manage resources and processes in a contact center environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in PMO, on-site availability in Quezon City with a shifting schedule, and readiness to start immediately.

• Minimum of 3 years of PMO experience.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Quezon City with a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supports project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Maintains project documentation, reports, meeting records, and governance artifacts with proper version control.
• Prepares status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to provide project performance visibility.
• Ensures compliance with project governance standards, risk management, audits, and change control processes.
• Coordinates with stakeholders while managing resource tracking, financial reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and system access administration.
