Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the related fields.

- Internship, thesis, capstone, or project work in process improvement is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and mapping current processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process improvement and automation to drive efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using data tools.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Participate in workshops and process reviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation and SOPs.
- Support testing, training, and deployment of new processes or tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
