Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Philippines. You will serve as the link between our clients and the gaming community, delivering prompt responses and gathering player feedback to improve experiences.

You’ll work onsite with a dynamic team, using Zendesk or Helpshift and MS Office/Google Suite to document interactions, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver prompt, quality responses to players.
• Experience with ticketing, email, or chat support.
• Ability to translate for effective communication when needed.
• Familiar with knowledge bases and macros to streamline responses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players’ questions promptly via ticketing, email or chat.
• Investigate inquiries and provide feedback to developers.
• Gather and deliver player feedback according to procedures.
• Maintain reports and escalate issues per process.
• Assist internal teams with requests and translate as required.
