Keywords Studios is hiring a Player Engagement Agent to act as the vital link between clients and the gaming community in the Asia Pacific region, Philippines. The role emphasizes rapid, high-quality responses to players and feedback delivery to developers.

You will work onsite at Bacolod with opportunities to grow within a dynamic studio environment, leveraging Zendesk/ Helpshift and knowledge bases to deliver exceptional support for both AAA and indie studios.

Qualifications

• Mastery of English at C1–C2; B2 or higher ranking required.
• Excellent communication for player support.
• Available for full-time work, including weekends and holidays across time zones.
• Experience with live chat environments and ticketing tools (Zendesk/ Helpshift).
• Knowledge of macros and knowledge bases to streamline responses.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Provide feedback to developers based on player interactions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports to streamline processes.
• Contribute to training and coaching through shared best practices.
