About the Role

The Solution Engineer (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application systems in operation. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, he/she will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level institute diploma/certificate preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses or equivalent
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
3. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
4. Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture
5. Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering.
6. Experience with agile methodologies (experience in product management).

• C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred.

Work Arrangement

Reporting to onsite work at least 1x a month.

Work Schedule is from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
