Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a Dynamics 365 specialist to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs for D365 solutions. You will develop CRM components, implement C#/.NET/JavaScript logic, and customize D365 modules while building integrations via REST and Power Automate.

You will work with Azure services, manage deployments, perform fit-gap analyses, and produce deployment-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for Dynamics 365.
• Develop CRM components (forms, workflows, plugins, dashboards, reports).
• Implement application logic using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Configure and customize D365 modules.
• Web development experience with the latest web stack.
• Build integrations using REST and Power Automate Flow.
• Utilize Azure services (Service Bus, Function Apps, AppInsights, APIM, Logic Apps, App service).
• Support data exchange across systems.
• Provide implementation and deployment guides.
• Package solutions and manage deployments across environments.
• Knowledgeable with Application Lifecycle Management and Proficient with ADO and Github.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
• Translate business needs into system designs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Define integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
• Produce functional and technical specifications.
• Create process flows, sequence diagrams, and data mappings.
• Prepare deployment-ready documentation.
• Communicate with business and technical teams.
• Conduct demos and walkthroughs of solutions.
• Align requirements, scope, and expectations.

• Develop CRM components (forms, workflows, plugins, dashboards, reports)

• Web Development experience with the latest web stack. (Required for Process Factorial)

Integration & Technical Implementation

• Build integrations using REST and experience with Power Automate Flow.
