Job summary

John Cockerill seeks a Functional Analyst to support digiSales, the Group CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This role drives day-to-day management, incident support, and continuous improvement across a global environment.

You will analyze business needs, propose functional solutions, and assist in backlog prioritization, testing, and deployment. Strong collaboration across distributed teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM consultant, or application support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience in multinational environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for the Group CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - digiSales).
• Provide Level 2 support for incidents and requests escalated by the Service Desk.
• Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions aligned with processes and platform capabilities.
• Participate in CRM projects with functional expertise, impact analysis, and implementation support.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
• Configure and maintain standard Dynamics 365 Sales functionalities.
• Coordinate testing activities and support solution validation before production deployment.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners in a global environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, adoption, and governance of digiSales.

The Functional Analyst will support the Product Owner of the solution in the day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of the Group CRM platform, digiSales, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Role & Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Good understanding of CRM and sales processes, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Pipeline Management.
• Experience in application support, business analysis, solution configuration, and testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed international teams.
• 5+ years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Consultant, or Application Support role.
• Experience in multinational environments and Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
