Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a CRM Platform Administrator to manage D365, Power Platform, and Azure environments. The role covers licenses, configurations, and integrations, ensuring data flows correctly and reports are generated for performance insights.

The candidate will support production and non-production events, maintain CRM environments, and participate in IT SDLC governance. Bank/financial domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services.
• Experience as a System Administrator of SaaS applications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL.
• Experience with .NET web applications.
• Experience with banking/financial applications/systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards and perform housekeeping.
• Manage licenses for CRM users.
• Configure CRM to meet IT and business requirements.
• Set up new entities, fields, and workflows.
• Integrate D365 with other systems and ensure data flow.
• Generate reports on data and performance.
• Provide admin support for incidents and non-production events.
• Maintain CRM environments and provision environments/tools.
• Support project execution with required artifacts per IT SDLC and governance.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to keep CRM CoE effective.
