Job summary

Private Advertiser is recruiting on behalf of a well-known international solar PV company to strengthen its commercial presence in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be the key local commercial representative in Indonesia, responsible for customer development, sales conversion and achieving sales targets.

You will develop and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, developers, IPPs and C&I/utility customers in Indonesia, identify new business opportunities, manage the sales

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of sales experience in solar PV is required.
• Knowledge of PV module market and its customer ecosystem.
• Direct PV module sales experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates from solar inverters, mounting systems, BESS, solar distribution, or other closely related PV products may also be considered, provided they understand the PV module business and have relevant customer relationships.
• Existing relationships with solar distributors, EPCs, developers, IPPs, and/or C&I/utility customers in Indonesia are highly valued.
• Proven experience in customer development, sales conversion and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian solar market.
• Able to independently develop customers and convert opportunities into actual business.
• Hands-on, self-driven and results-oriented.
