Job summary

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a C&I Rooftop Sales Manager to lead growth of our commercial and industrial rooftop solar business.

You will generate project opportunities, build relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, distributors, and end users, and convert qualified leads into sales. The role requires strong knowledge of the Philippine C&I solar market, project-based selling, channel management, and commercial negotiations, with significant travel for client meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in C&I rooftop solar, project sales, EPC engagement, or solar-module distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the C&I rooftop solar segment.
• Identify and pursue rooftop solar opportunities with factories, warehouses, malls, and other facilities.
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, developers, installers, distributors, and corporate end-users.
• Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to project award and collection.
• Secure specification and preferred-brand status of our solar panels in targeted projects.
• Work with customers to understand project requirements including capacity, pricing, delivery, and warranties.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and accounts-development plans.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting profitability.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, logistics, finance, and after-sales teams for project execution.
• Monitor market pricing, regulations, and industry developments.
• Support product launches, workshops, meetings, and events.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and demand forecasts.
