The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in international sales within renewable energy, strong market insight, and excellent communication skills in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience.
• Experience in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic, or related renewable energy markets.
• Strong understanding of overseas sales processes and renewable energy market dynamics.
• Established customer, distributor, or industry networks within the assigned market is advantageous.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for energy storage and photovoltaic module products within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Execute regional sales strategies and company policies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor market trends, industry policies, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage customer feedback, commercial issues, payment collection, and follow-up activities.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other business development activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and business development recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and smooth execution of commercial activities.
