Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Product Manager for Solar Devices to develop and manage our solar product portfolio, guiding it from market insight to launch and ongoing improvement.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and suppliers to drive profitability, lead lifecycle activities, coordinate demonstrations and pilots, and ensure compliance with industry standards, traveling within the Philippines as needed, including Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management, product marketing, or business development experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of solar devices and related technologies.
• Experience in product sourcing, supplier management, and pricing strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and work at Quezon City address.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for solar devices.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from sourcing to end-of-life.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Define product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create product materials and campaigns.
• Provide product training and technical guidance to internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate demonstrations, pilot projects, and proofs of concept.
• Prepare sales forecasts and product performance reports.
