Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Extensive B2B sales experience in the Philippines.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in sales, marketing, and technical domains.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Certifications in sales management, commercial strategy, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate global ambitions into regional priorities to hit financial targets.
• Build and maintain top-to-top relationships with strategic customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive market share gains, portfolio mix improvement, and cost efficiency.
• Promote partnerships with distributors, integrators, specifiers, and digital partners.
• Oversee commercial governance, risk management, and compliance with policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports.
