Qualifications

• More than 12 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role carrying P&L or business-unit accountability.
• Background in a digital bank, fintech, e-money or payments company; experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of managing regulator relationships, ideally including direct engagement with BSP, the SEC, or AMLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the Philippines business plan and P&L, setting targets and delivering revenue, growth, and profitability goals across consumer, merchant, and institutional segments.
• Lead and develop the local leadership team and the Philippines organization, building a high-performance, compliance-first culture.
• Shape the product roadmap around local market needs, regulatory developments, and competitive moves; develop new product and partnership opportunities with significant revenue potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and government bodies; represent Coins.ph in consultations on digital asset and payments regulation.
• Build and grow strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, and institutional clients; execute go-to-market for institutional and B2B clients.
