Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Payments Operations team including cash in/out, bills payment, and fiat wallet services.
• Supervise and support team members with regular syncs and OKR checks.
• Monitor daily transaction flows, dashboards, and alerts for proactive issue resolution.
