Job summary

Coins.ph in Manila is seeking a Payments Lead to drive expansion of fiat payment offerings and partner integrations for users in the Philippines and beyond. You will work with engineering and design to streamline payment flows, settlement, and reconciliation, while owning key operational metrics.

The role requires a background in fintech payments, strong analytics, and proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale the business responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM, business, finance, or economics.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails for platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial drive with curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand fiat and payment offerings by integrating providers and banks.
• Productize payments solutions for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend flows.
• Own operational metrics like payment conversion and settlement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business.
• Support API integration questions and troubleshooting for clients.
