Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a General Manager to lead our Philippines operations from Taguig City. You will own the local P&L, drive revenue and growth across consumer, merchant, and institutional segments, and shape the roadmap with group leadership to fit local regulatory and market needs.

Qualifications

More than 12 years of experience in financial services.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L or business-unit accountability.
Background in digital banks, fintech, e-money or payments; high-growth exposure preferred.
Proven track record of managing regulator relationships (BSP/SEC/AMLC).
Established relationships with government, regulators and senior decision-makers in the Philippines financial sector.

Responsibilities

Own the Philippines business plan and P&L, setting targets and delivering revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
Lead and develop the local leadership team, building a high-performance, compliance-first culture.
Shape the product roadmap with Group leadership to fit local market needs and regulatory developments.
Develop new product and partnership opportunities delivering long-term revenue potential.
Represent Coins.ph to regulators and government bodies and manage GR matters.
Lead go-to-market strategy for institutional and B2B clients; expand wallet share and client satisfaction.
