PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Business Director to lead the Philippines operations, driving growth, partnerships, and regulatory engagement. You will collaborate with the Board and regional leadership to expand the fintech footprint and strengthen market presence.

The role demands deep knowledge of Philippine fintech, exceptional leadership, and stakeholder management to guide strategic initiatives and governance across the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.
• Active, deep, and verifiable regulatory network across SEC, BSP, CIC, and law enforcement divisions (NBI Cybercrime / PNP Anti-Cybercrime).
• 8–15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, banking, digital payments, technology, or related industries.
• Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, corporate affairs, partnerships, or strategic management.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine fintech and digital financial services ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners, government authorities, and industry leaders.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in key industry events, meetings, and government discussions.
• Monitor developments in Philippine fintech, digital finance, and financial services.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global management to execute strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure effective organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and governance activities with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
