PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, a rapidly growing fintech group, seeks a Business Director - Philippines to lead the company's growth and operations in the Philippines. You will work with the Board and regional leadership to drive business development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

The role demands deep knowledge of the Philippine fintech landscape, strategic vision, and strong leadership to build and nurture a local team and navigate government and regulatory interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8-15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, banking, digital payments, technology, or related industries.
• Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in key industry events, business meetings, government discussions, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor developments in the Philippine fintech, digital finance, and financial services industry.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential market expansion initiatives.
• Work closely with regional and global management to execute the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee local business operations and ensure effective organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities together with relevant internal teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and global leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
