Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Business Director for the Philippines to lead growth, partnerships, and operations in the market. You will work closely with the Board and regional leadership to drive strategy, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory alignment within the Philippine fintech and financial services landscape.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial leadership with deep market knowledge, a robust regulatory network, and the ability to build a high-performing local team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 8–15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for regional/global communication.
• Regulatory network across Philippine authorities (SEC, BSP, CIC) and related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Philippines market.
• Lead business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and industry partners.
• Represent the company in key industry events, meetings, and partnerships.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
