• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for regional/global communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and partnerships.
• Monitor fintech and digital finance developments in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
