Terumo, a global medical device company, seeks a Philippines regional leader to report to the SEA General Manager and drive commercial growth across Blood Cell Technologies products.

You will design and execute sales strategies with cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, blood centers, and biotech partners.

The role requires 5–10 years in diagnostics or medical devices, ASEAN experience, and excellent English. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Medical, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in diagnostics, medical devices or life sciences.
• 3–5 years in ASEAN markets with direct selling and distributor management.

• Lead direct sales management and drive regional commercial goals in Philippines.
