Job summary

Mindray in the Philippines seeks a Product Manager/Specialist for the Hematology Business Unit to lead sales strategies, channel empowerment, and market intelligence gathering. You will support product development, assist in the Philippine registration of Hematology products, and drive training for sales teams and distributors across the region.

Qualifications

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for Hematology products in the Philippines.
• Drive Hematology sales in the Philippines by empowering teams/channels and guiding channel-building, customer approach, and sample volume management.
• Collect market intelligence to support product development or improvement.
• Analyze marketing information (customer requirements, competition) and sales data (installation base) to design competitive strategy and advise sales teams.
• Provide support for Philippine registration of Mindray Hematology products.
• Deliver sales and product training to sales staff and distributors; improve sales team and distributor capability through ongoing training and consultancy.
• Support pre-sales activity on-site with distributors including product presentations, demos/trainings, and evaluations for Key accounts.
• Coordinate local seminars, CME activities related to Hematology; develop KOLs in Chemistry region and support local sales/marketing to maintain long-term KOL cooperation.

Responsibilities
