Job summary

Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a Product Manager/Specialist for the Hematology Business Unit to lead sales-driven product management and market expansion across the Philippine market.

You will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, coordinate training with distributors, support registrations, and build KOL networks while collaborating with local teams to grow Mindray’s hematology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for Hematology products in the Philippines.
• Drive Hematology sales through team and channel empowerment and training.
• Collect market intelligence to support product development and improvements.
• Analyze marketing information and sales data to design competitive strategy.
• Support Philippine registration of Mindray Hematology products.
• Deliver sales and product training to sales and distributors.
• Provide on-site pre-sales support with distributors, including product presentations, demos, and evaluations.
• Coordinate local seminars, CME events related to Hematology product line.
• Develop KOLs in Chemistry field and maintain long-term KOL cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for Hematology products in the Philippines.
