Terumo Marketing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the Philippines market under the SEA General Manager.

The role focuses on achieving commercial plans for Terumo Blood Cell Technologies by coordinating with SEA Marketing, Philippines team, and cross-functional groups to accelerate growth and market penetration. The incumbent will design and execute sales strategies, manage major accounts, and lead strategic initiatives across markets, ensuring alignment with global Terumo

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Medical, Life Sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Direct selling and distributor management experience.
• Key Account Management experience.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, preferably in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences, including at least 3 to 5 years in an ASEAN business environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Management: identify market opportunities, build account strategies, maintain CRM, coordinate with Supply Chain, prepare tenders and quotations, manage orders and installations.
• Strategic Growth & Execution: develop commercial strategies, align across functions, drive accountability for results, adapt to changing conditions.
• Drive Commercial Success in the Region: collaborate with Philippines team and distributors, develop country plans, lead key accounts, support product implementation with SEA Marketing.
