SM Store in Metro Manila is seeking a customer-focused associate to help fulfill customer transactions according to SM's Personal Shopper standards. You will build strong relationships, suggest relevant products or promotions, and ensure service quality to deliver an excellent customer experience, including properly endorsing paid items to dispatch.

The role requires a university degree (business preferred) and 2–3 years in selling or customer support, and offers opportunities to grow within SM
