Job summary

SM Store Philippines is seeking a Personal Shopper–style Customer Service Associate to fulfill customer transactions and deliver service excellence in line with SM's Personal Shopper standards. You will be the face of the brand at the checkout, ensuring accuracy and a friendly, efficient experience for every guest.
