Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and dependable Personal Admin Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to a client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, email management, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and assisting with various personal and business-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the client's daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, bookings, and other personal or business commitments.
- Handle emails, messages, phone calls, and other correspondence as required.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, records, and reports.
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, itineraries, and other logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, clients, and other contacts.
- Conduct online research and gather information as requested.
- Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks when required.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal, financial, business, and other sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
- Proactively identify tasks that need attention and provide timely updates to the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Client Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and online tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to perform both administrative and personal support tasks.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Angeles City.
- Must be available for immediate start.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Australian clients or international clients.
- Experience managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and bookings.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
