Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Simpro Systems & Trade Operations Specialist to act as the source of truth across the business. The role will optimize system access, improve scheduling and job costing, maintain accurate inventory and asset data, and support multi-entity operations.

You will document critical processes and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include implementing security, transitioning rostering, building templates, and centralizing asset management.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Simpro experience in multi-company environments.
• Knowledge of permissions, scheduling, inventory, and asset management.
• Experience auditing systems and implementing process improvements.
• Experience creating SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Experience cleaning large historical data desirable.

Responsibilities

• Audit and restructure Simpro security levels across entities.
• Transition scheduling from spreadsheets to Simpro rostering and configure job costing.
• Build job scripts, e-forms, pricing tiers, quotes templates.
• Clean up price books, resolve stock discrepancies, SOPs for purchasing.
• Migrate ~500 hire assets into Simpro and centralize scheduling.
• Optimize cross-entity workflows and financial accountability.
• Create comprehensive SOPs and knowledge base.
• Automate repetitive tasks and support future tech initiatives.
