Job summary

Solar Power Direct is seeking a Business Support Specialist (SimPro Scheduling & Purchasing) for a long-term remote role in the Philippines. The role offers a full-time position with a monthly salary of Php 40,000–60,000, aligned to Australian business hours (ACST) 5:30am–2:30pm PHT.

You will own SimPro job scheduling, drive purchase order tracking, maintain stock data integrity, and support flawless install-day execution as part of a growing solar operations team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing SimPro Enterprise scheduling and purchasing.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of catching data discrepancies.
• Proficient in AI tools to streamline admin tasks.
• Experience in field-service or solar/trades ops administration.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Keep SimPro schedules updated in real time and reflect ground changes.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders in SimPro and log receipts.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent phantom stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve stock and cost discrepancies.
• Implement AI tools to summarize supplier communications.
• Identify process gaps to improve data quality in scheduling.
