Job summary

Remote Employee BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support a US-based account. You will enter and maintain shipment information in the Transportation Management System (TMS), keep records organized, and communicate updates to dispatch.

The ideal candidate is highly accurate, comfortable in a fast-paced logistics environment, and proficient in English. This onsite role is based at Fortune Square Building, Brgy Saguin, San Fernando, Pampanga, with a 9:00 pm–6:00 am

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
• Comfortable using a TMS or logistics software.
• Able to work independently and follow established processes.
• Willing to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment information in the TMS.
• Maintain records for containers, shipments, and activity.
• Communicate shipment updates to the dispatch team.
• Track container ETA, Last Free Day, and return locations.
• Organize digital and physical files for easy access.
• Flag missing or time-sensitive information.
• Support operations with admin tasks.

About the Role

We arelooking for a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support its growing operations team. This role will focus on accurately entering and maintaining shipment information within the company's Transportation Management System (TMS), keeping records organized, and communicating important shipment updates to the dispatch team.The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update shipment information in the company's Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Maintain accurate records related to containers, shipments, and transportation activity
• Communicate important shipment changes and updates to the dispatch team
• Track and update information such as:
  Container ETA
  Last Free Day (LFD)
  Container return locations
• Other relevant shipment or container details
• Review entered information for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files so information is easily accessible
• Flag missing, inconsistent, or time-sensitive information to the appropriate team member
• Follow established processes while adapting to additional responsibilities as training progresses
• Support the operations and dispatch teams with additional administrative/logistics tasks as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, logistics, transportation, dispatch support, freight forwarding, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable learning and working within a TMS or other logistics software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and follow established processes
• Comfortable handling repetitive and high-volume data accurately
• Reliable and able to work during assigned U.S. business hours
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business applications

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Familiarity with intermodal trucking, drayage, ocean freight, containers, or freight forwarding
• Experience working with container ETAs, Last Free Day (LFD), return locations, or similar shipment information
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based logistics or transportation company
