Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing or related roles.
• Hands-on work with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong ability to track ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Drive qualified leads through paid channels and landing pages.
• Monitor metrics like CPL, ROAS, and lead quality; optimize campaigns.
• Develop audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing page tests.
• Manage lifecycle and remarketing campaigns to recover lost leads.
• Track performance by lead cohort and report results to teams.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
