Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and remarketing.
• Experience tracking ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, lead tracking, analytics, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Develop and test audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Manage and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
• Develop and manage customer lifecycle and remarketing campaigns, including for lost/inactive leads.
• Segment lost leads and craft messaging to recover them.
• Track campaign performance and analyze results by lead cohort to measure revenue and advertising effectiveness.
• Conduct regular campaign reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure paid leads are relevant and properly tracked.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, tracking systems, reports, and processes.
• Stay updated on advertising platforms and performance marketing best practices.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and target lead generation and ROAS.
