Job summary

Blueshift Energy Inc. seeks an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition while coordinating with Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging, landing pages, and remarketing efforts.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paid Advertising Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, audience targeting, conversion optimization and remarketing.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and lead quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM, lead tracking, analytics, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable for paid advertising performance.
• Ability to work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Willingness to continuously test, analyze, optimize, and improve.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, construction, or home improvement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on generating qualified leads and improving customer acquisition.
• Conduct audience research and develop targeting, segmentation, and campaign structures.
• Create, test, and optimize different ad creatives, copy, offers, audiences, and campaign approaches.
• Monitor KPI such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and cost per acquisition.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead volume and advertising efficiency.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is allocated across campaigns, audiences, and platforms.
• Set up and maintain campaign tracking, conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTMs, and other tracking tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, tracking issues, disapproved ads, and platform concerns.
• Work with Marketing to develop ad creatives, messaging, offers, and landing page requirements based on performance.
• Coordinate with Sales to monitor lead quality, lead-to-customer conversion, and feedback on paid leads.
• Develop and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns for website visitors and prior leads.
• Support campaigns targeting lost or inactive leads, including segmentation by price, timing, or interest.
• Analyze campaign performance by platform, campaign, audience, creative, lead source, and customer cohort.
• Prepare regular paid advertising performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Stay updated on changes to Meta Ads, Google Ads, policies, digital advertising trends, and paid media best practices.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, reports, tracking systems, and advertising documentation.
• Take ownership of paid advertising performance and work toward lead generation, CPL, conversion, and ROAS targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Willingness to continuously test, analyze, optimize, and improve.
