Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a People Services Advisor to interface with Tier 1 HR inquiries, guiding data changes, payroll, benefits, and regulatory questions. You will handle lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 18+ months of HR experience, strong communication, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 18+ months of professional experience handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Experience interpreting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries via HelpHub, email, Teams or regional channels.
• Communicate processes, policies and docs to employees and provide guidance.
• Support lifecycle transactions in Workday via MSS/ESS.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data privacy.
• Draft HR reports and basic letters with templates.
• Collaborate with HR partners and escalate complex queries as needed.
