The ideal candidate will have strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. The role involves handling grievances, conducting investigations, preparing notices, and guiding managers on policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, due process, and employee discipline procedures.
• Experience handling administrative cases, investigations, and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct administrative investigations and gather necessary documentation.
• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), disciplinary notices, suspension notices, and other employee relations documents.
• Facilitate administrative hearings and document investigation proceedings.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Monitor disciplinary cases and maintain accurate employee relations records.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding employee performance, attendance, and behavioral concerns.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promote a healthy employee-employer relationship.
• Conduct employee counseling and exit interviews, as needed.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
