Job summary

MicroSourcing invites an experienced People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Leader) to join our onsite team in Eastwood or MOA Pasig City. You will lead the offshore team, coordinate with the client, monitor KPIs, and coach staff to meet performance goals.

You will drive attendance, implement client policies, handle staff inquiries, and provide daily operational support while reporting to Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong English and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client regarding offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor the team's performance and attendance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and issue corrective actions.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues.
• Report to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
• Disseminate policy updates and company events to employees.
• Prepare and maintain schedules for outsourced staff with the client.
• Develop reports/processes that improve offshore project performance.
• All other duties as assigned.
