Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and coaching.
• Track attendance and enforce client policies and deadlines.
• Handle staff queries and provide daily operational support.
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Disseminate policy updates and company news to staff.
• Schedule outsourced staff in coordination with the client.
