MicroSourcing International is seeking a Team Leader at our Clark Pampanga onsite location. You will coordinate with the client and manage an offshore team, driving KPI achievement and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Direct client-facing experience.
• Strong English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly coordinate with the client regarding the offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor the team's performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and issue corrective actions.
• Monitor attendance and ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide day-to-day operational support.
• Report to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
• Create and maintain schedules for outsourced staff in coordination with the client.
