MicroSourcing is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Leader) to oversee offshore teams in Eastwood or MOA Pasig City. Onsite with shifting schedule, you will track performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.

• Manage attendance tracking and scheduling for outsourced staff.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues.
