Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leadership to deliver EBITDA, client growth and retention metrics.
• Ensure site compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop policies and processes with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.
• Lead a Client Experience Team and coordinate with Finance, IT and BD.
• Oversee site costing, space planning, and regulatory compliance.
