MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, seeks a People & Partnerships Director to lead strategy and client experience initiatives, ensuring EBITDA and client growth while optimizing operations across sites.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Committee, drive policies, supervise a team of Senior Managers and Account Managers, and oversee cost management and site compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 8+ years in a leadership role in operations management or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and business acumen initiatives with Leadership Committee (EBITDA, Client Growth, Attrition, NPS) and ensure site compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, People and Culture, IT, and Business Development to optimize operations and communication.
• Oversee cost management, site upkeep, seat allocation, and expansion planning; drive cost savings and timely disbursements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Client Experience Team (Senior Managers, Managers, Account Managers, Specialists).

Your Role

As a People & Partnerships Director, you will:

Strategy and Business Acumen

• Work together with the Leadership Committee to deliver the following successfully: EBITDA, Client Growth, Reduced Attrition, Client Net Promoter Score and Employee Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure the assigned Microsourcing site is compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Work with the Leadership Committee in the creation, development and enhancement of policies and processes that will optimize operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, People and Culture, Information Technology and Business Development, to optimize operational processes and ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying new insights to drive operational excellence.

Growth And Client Experience

• Assist the clients in setting up their Philippines operations and implement performance management, rewards and recognition, engagement activities, employee development plans and business continuity.
• Liaise with clients and other departments in creating and developing operational strategies that will help the clients meet their objectives.
• Creates and deepens relationships with client decision-makers; breaks down internal trust barriers that may hinder collaboration to grow new and existing clients.
• Lead and develop a high performing Client Experience Team composed of Senior Managers, Managers, Account Managers and Specialists, providing guidance, coaching and support to team members.

Cost And Site Management

• Maintain account details, keep track client requests and provide inputs to client billings that are accurate and on time.
• Oversee the upkeep, improvements and ensure compliance of the sites to health, safety and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the seat allocation and planning for both the different departments and client operation in the sites.
• Plan site expansion and oversee construction or renovation of the site.
• Implement cost savings in the operation of the site by reviewing site expenses.
• Oversee disbursements of petty cash funds of the site.

What You Need

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience related to the duties and responsibilities in operations management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Competent in decision-making and problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in marketing strategies, operational processes, and efficiency
• Program planning and implementation skills
