You will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies, manage end-to-end lifecycle processes, and guide employee relations, engagement, and performance management.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 7–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in field-facing/operational HR.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with frontline leadership.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
• Experience in a business partner model with local managers to drive business outcomes.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Partner should have:

• University degree
• Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
• Solid experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with field-facing or frontline leadership experience
• Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
• Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
